The open floor plan keeps the kitchen, dining, and living areas connected so no one misses out on the fun—unless they’re sneaking off for a nap (we respect that 😄). Cook your favorites in the fully stocked kitchen, then gather for a little friendly competition with foosball, pool, Corn Hole, or classic board games. Outside, the grassy backyard invites you to grill, picnic, or simply relax by the creek. And when evening falls, sink into the private hot tub under the stars. Using the hot tub is entirely at your own risk ⚠️. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the property 🚭. If our cleaners detect any signs of smoking, a $500 fee will be charged. Please adhere to our check-in and check-out timings ⏰. Unauthorized early check-ins or late check-outs are prohibited and will incur additional charges. If the guest fails to vacate the property on time, a fee of $50.00 will be charged for the first half-hour and $100.00 for each subsequent half-hour. Due to Mother Nature's unpredictability 🌪️, we do not provide refunds for weather-related issues, natural disasters, power outages, or events beyond our control. Although we love our furry friends 🐶🐱, we have a strict no-pets policy on the premises. If our cleaners discover any violation of this rule, you will be charged an additional cleaning fee of $500. An outdoor security camera 🎥 monitoring the driveway operates 24/7, recording movement and sound solely for safety reasons. Be reassured that there are NO indoor cameras or cameras pointing towards the front or back of the house, preserving your privacy.
