With four full bathrooms, privacy and convenience are never in short supply, giving parents and kids alike the space to unwind after a day on the water or exploring the property. Expansive windows frame sweeping lake views while comfortable seating invites movie nights, reading, or just soaking in the scenery together. A fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances, ample counter space, and everything you need to cook family favorites. The adjoining dining area comfortably hosts everyone for breakfast, dinner, board games, or late-night snacks. The ✨ Main-Level Lakeview Suite ✨ offers a peaceful retreat for parents or couples, complete with a comfy bed, lake views, and an en-suite bathroom—ideal for relaxing after a morning paddle or an afternoon of fishing. A cozy yurt adds an extra layer of fun for kids’ campouts under the stars ⛺️. The ✨ Indoor Fun Area ✨ keeps everyone entertained regardless of the weather. Whether it’s splashing in the lake, roasting marshmallows by the fire, fishing from the dock, or simply watching the wildlife from the deck, Paradise Point is a family-friendly lakefront retreat where memories are made, laughter is abundant, and every season brings a new adventure. Douglas Lake does get drained between roughly Oct-April (Water level changes frequently, we recommend researching projected lake levels of your reservation prior to booking). The lake is accessible year round you may just have to walk a few 100ft in the dry lake bed until you get closer to main channel that will always have water. Feel free to bring the kayaks or fishing gear with you! ‼️ATTENTION‼️ Here is important information to enhance your stay. Prepare for a luxurious woodland adventure where you might encounter adorable critters 🐻🍃, and remember that you are surrounded by woods, so encountering harmless bugs 🪲 is inevitable. Using the hot tub is entirely at your own risk ⚠️. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the property 🚭. If our cleaners detect any signs of smoking inside, a $500 fee will be charged. Please keep all smoking on the exterior away from entry ways. Please adhere to our check-in and check-out timings ⏰. Unauthorized early check-ins or late check-outs are prohibited and will incur additional charges. If the guest fails to vacate the property on time, a fee of $50.00 will be charged for the first half-hour and $100.00 for each subsequent half-hour. Due to Mother Nature's unpredictability 🌪️, we do not provide refunds for weather-related issues, natural disasters, power outages, or events beyond our control. Although we love our furry friends 🐶🐱, we have a strict no-pets policy on the premises. If our cleaners discover any violation of this rule, you will be charged an additional cleaning fee of $500. An outdoor security camera 🎥 monitoring the driveway operates 24/7, recording movement and sound solely for safety reasons. Be reassured that there are NO indoor cameras or cameras pointing towards the front or back of the house, preserving your privacy.
