Just past the living room, you’ll find a spacious king ensuite complete with a jetted soaking tub, tile walk-in shower, and a walk-in closet perfect for longer stays. ✨ Upper Level ✨ Ascending the stairs, reach a landing where the hallway splits—turn either way to find a cozy queen bedroom, each with a closet and Smart TV. A full bathroom with shared access sits conveniently between the two bedrooms. ✨ Lower Level ✨ Descend the stairs off the kitchen to the vibrant game room, where friendly competition awaits with a card/poker table, shuffleboard, air hockey 🏒, and an arcade machine loaded with dozens of games. Custom-built bunk beds in the game room offer the perfect spot for kids to sleep before heading to the nearby private movie theater 🎬🍿. A full bathroom (with a tub perfect for bathing kiddos after a day of adventure) and laundry room add convenience. Step outside to soak in the hot tub or relax by the fire under a star-lit sky ✨. ‼️ATTENTION‼️ Here is important information to enhance your stay. Prepare for a luxurious woodland adventure where you might encounter adorable critters 🐻🍃, and remember that you are surrounded by woods, so encountering harmless bugs 🪲 is inevitable. Using the hot tub is entirely at your own risk ⚠️. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited on the property 🚭. If our cleaners detect any signs of smoking, a $500 fee will be charged. Please adhere to our check-in and check-out timings ⏰. Unauthorized early check-ins or late check-outs are prohibited and will incur additional charges. If the guest fails to vacate the property on time, a fee of $50.00 will be charged for the first half-hour and $100.00 for each subsequent half-hour. Due to Mother Nature's unpredictability 🌪️, we do not provide refunds for weather-related issues, natural disasters, power outages, or events beyond our control. Although we love our furry friends 🐶🐱, we have a strict no-pets policy on the premises. If our cleaners discover any violation of this rule, you will be charged an additional cleaning fee of $500. An outdoor security camera 🎥 monitoring the driveway operates 24/7, recording movement and sound solely for safety reasons. Be reassured that there are NO indoor cameras or cameras pointing towards the front or back of the house, preserving your privacy.
