Prepare for a luxurious woodland adventure where you might encounter adorable critters 🐻🍃, and remember that you are surrounded by woods, so encountering harmless bugs 🪲 is inevitable. This area is known for bears so be ready to take photos and please lock your car doors. Using the hot tub is entirely at your own risk ⚠️. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the property 🚭. If our cleaners detect any signs of smoking inside, a $500 fee will be charged. Please keep all smoking on the exterior away from entry ways. Please adhere to our check-in and check-out timings ⏰. Unauthorized early check-ins or late check-outs are prohibited and will incur additional charges. If the guest fails to vacate the property on time, a fee of $50.00 will be charged for the first half-hour and $100.00 for each subsequent half-hour. Due to Mother Nature's unpredictability 🌪️, we do not provide refunds for weather-related issues, natural disasters, power outages, or events beyond our control. We highly recommend guests to purchase travel insurance. Although we love our furry friends 🐶🐱, we have a strict no-pets policy on the premises. If our cleaners discover any violation of this rule, you will be charged an additional cleaning fee of $500. An outdoor security camera 🎥 monitoring the driveway operates 24/7, recording movement and sound solely for safety reasons. Be reassured that there are NO indoor cameras or cameras pointing towards the front or back of the house, preserving your privacy.
