CABIN DO’s & DON’TS DO treat this cabin with the same respect you would your own home. DO maintain a good level of cleanliness throughout your stay. DO take extra care with food/drink in the carpeted areas. DO have lots of fun and laughter! DO be mindful of our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum before 8am and after 10pm. DO read through this manual and be familiar with the content. DO notify the host via the booking platform should any incident occur (such as broken furniture, hot tub issue, spills, plumbing, complaints by neighbors, or law enforcement calls, etc.) * * * * * * * * * * * DON’T cause any damage to property, interior or exterior. (Individuals must be 21+ to book our cabin, reservation holder will be held liable for all guests at the property which includes damage/incidents which occur during the reserved dates.) DON’T smoke inside the cabin. Outdoor smoking is permitted but keep away from entrances to the cabin. Dispose of butts in the container provided near the hot tub. DON’T bring guests not on the reservation list. (Failure to adhere to this policy could result in cancellation of your reservation for breach of contract without refund.) DON’T leave biohazard waste (such as vomit) indoors or outdoors. A biohazard cleaning fee will be charged to the reservation holder if discovered by cleaners. DON’T forget to sign the Guest book, snap a pic, and leave a review for us! Hot Tub Rules: Cover should remain in place and locked when not in use, and especially when children are on the property. NO children are allowed without adult supervision. Temp should be kept to a maximum of 100 degrees when children are present. Glass of any kind is NOT permitted in the hot tub. If glass is broken in or around the hot tub area, the owner is required to drain/scrub/refill it. If glass is found in the hot tub, remediation expense ($250 or more) will be paid by the Reservation Holder in breach of contract. If you see an EC or SL code – press Temp & Light at the same time until the ST code appears. AT this point you can set your temp. Once you are done using the hot tub, please reset to 100 degrees. Living Room Fire Place Rules: The main floor fireplace is operated by the on/off switch to the right. Propane gas is provided only when the pilot light is on, typically between Oct. 1- March 31st. Do not remove fireplace cover, and do not attempt to cook food or place objects there. BBQ/Grill Rules: Make sure grill is far from cabin walls before turning on. Wipe down any remaining debris left on grill after each use. Keep children away while it is on/hot. Keep all grill tools in kitchen drawer when not in use, and away from children as some are sharp. Extra propane tank is provided for your use. Pet Policy: No Pets allowed – NO exceptions. Parking Policy: Guest parking can accommodate up to 4 vehicles. DO NOT block main road. MOST IMPORTANT RULE: RELAX, ENJOY & HAVE FUN!!!
